Berber pizza in the desert
La Madfouna, is a stuffed bread which is, by excellence, the typical dish of the desert, especially in Tafilalet. It is the traditional Berber pizza that is cooked in a wood-fired oven, or according to the original tradition; buried in the sand of the desert.
To do this workshop, we will go by car from the Kanz Erremal Hotel in the middle of the desert, near an Oasis to start the culinary experience. The recipe has a magic that only the Berbers can show you.

Henna tattoo workshop
The henna decoration is a very special tradition in Morocco. The symbols drawn on the tattoos have a meaning and are often used to protect against the evil eye and witchcraft, or to invoke fertility. The predominant designs are usually flowers, which symbolize joy and happiness.
You will learn the ritual and importance of Henna in Morocco, how to draw the most predominant symbols and their meaning, and feel closer to this rich culture, all accompanied by a group of Berber women with years of tradition and experience in this type of tattoo.
